Conflict of Interest

AlfaPairs researches digital asset markets and builds products from that research. We are not a standalone research house that never commercialises its work. That is a conflict by design: we benefit if people use Ledger and Nexus.

We state it plainly so you do not mistake marketing pages for independent, unpaid analysis.

Website copy, charts, and FAQs describe our methods and products. They are written by the same organisation that sells subscriptions and distribution tools.

We do not promise that every research finding will be published, or that published commentary is complete. Some work stays internal because it is productised.

Nexus is described as using Ledger’s core engine for fund flows. The two products can share infrastructure, research, and commercial goals. Treating them as fully separate counterparties would be misleading.

If you use both, you should assume information and incentives can sit in one group, subject to access controls we apply for security — not as a Chinese wall we claim for regulatory theatre we have not documented here.

We separate marketing claims from live product behaviour: the logged-in product is the source of truth.

We do not present backtests or signals on this marketing site as personalised recommendations.

Staff must not request or handle user seed phrases. Commercial conversations go through stated contact channels.

Material site claims about risk are linked to the Risk Warning rather than buried.

Exchanges, infrastructure vendors, and email providers have their own interests. We choose vendors to run the service; those choices can change. We do not let a vendor write our research conclusions.
