1. Scope
This procedure covers complaints about alfapairs.com, our emails, billing questions (including a possible duplicate charge), and our handling of inquiries. Complaints about a live Ledger or Nexus account should include your account identifier so we can route them correctly. Platform-specific rules may also apply once you have an account.
2. How to file
Email contact@alfapairs.com with the subject line “Complaint”. You may also use the contact form on the homepage and select the relevant interest.
- Your name and the email we should reply to.
- Whether the issue concerns the website, Alfa Ledger, Alfa Nexus, or something else.
- What happened, when, and what you want us to do.
- Any order IDs, timestamps, or screenshots that help us investigate — never include seed phrases or passwords.
3. What we will do
We acknowledge complaints within one business day where possible, and no later than two business days.
We aim to give a substantive reply within ten business days. Complex cases may take longer; if so, we will say why and when you can expect a further update.
4. Outcomes
We may explain, correct a process, fix a product defect, or decline a request if we believe it is unfounded. A complaint is not a guarantee of compensation. Trading losses from market movement are not, by themselves, a valid claim against research commentary on this site.
5. Records
We keep a record of complaints and what we did, for operational quality and, where required, to meet legal obligations.
