These terms and conditions govern use of the AlfaPairs website at alfapairs.com. This page is the Client Agreement. By accessing or using the site you agree to it, together with the Risk Warning and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

“You” means the person using the site or a product. “We”, “us”, and “AlfaPairs” mean the company that operates this website and the Alfa Ledger and Alfa Nexus products.

This agreement covers the marketing website and general dealings with AlfaPairs. It is not a brokerage account agreement. Opening an Alfa Ledger or Alfa Nexus account requires accepting that platform’s terms at signup. Where those terms conflict for a live account, the platform terms apply to that account.

AlfaPairs is a research-led, crypto-first fintech. We study digital asset markets and ship products from that work: Alfa Ledger (pair trading) and Alfa Nexus (digital asset distribution).

We are not a bank. This website does not itself hold client trading balances. Custody, execution, and account funding — if offered — are described in the relevant product terms, not in this marketing site alone.

Alfa Ledger is available at ledger.alfapairs.com. It is a crypto pair-trading product with Manual, Signal, and Autopilot modes.

Alfa Nexus is available at nexus.alfapairs.com. It is a distribution engine for digital asset pools, with systematic handling and pool-level risk controls.

Links from this site to those products open a separate service. Features described here may change. The live product is the source of truth for what you can do after login.

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to form a binding contract, to use Alfa Ledger, Alfa Nexus, or any account we offer. You must not use the site or products where digital-asset services are prohibited to you.

You are responsible for knowing the law that applies to you. We may refuse or restrict access where we believe we must.

If you create an account on Alfa Ledger or Alfa Nexus, you are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords, and any other credentials confidential. You must not share them. Notify us immediately at contact@alfapairs.com if you suspect unauthorised use or another security breach.

Never send us seed phrases, private keys, or passwords by email or through the contact form. We will never ask for them. We are not liable for loss caused by credentials you failed to protect, or by secrets you sent to us unsolicited.

Research commentary, charts, FAQs, and product descriptions are informational. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and not an offer of securities or managed investments unless a specific regulated document says otherwise.

You will not misuse the site: no scraping at a volume that degrades service, no attempting to break authentication, no planting malware, and no implying that AlfaPairs endorses a third party without written permission.

This marketing site does not host public comments, reviews, or user-generated posts. Messages sent through the contact form are private correspondence, not publication.

Unless we say otherwise, AlfaPairs and its licensors own the name, mark, layout, and original content on this site. All such rights are reserved. You may view the site in the ordinary way — including to evaluate Ledger or Nexus — subject to these terms.

You may link to public pages on alfapairs.com if the link is not deceptive, does not imply we sponsor or approve you, and fits the context of your site. You may use our corporate name or the page URL. You may not use the AlfaPairs logo or other artwork without a written trademark licence.

You may not frame our pages in a way that alters how the site is presented. We may ask you to remove a link; if we do, you must remove it promptly.

The Privacy Policy at https://www.alfapairs.com/privacy explains what we collect on this site. This marketing site uses localStorage for theme preference. It does not run advertising or affiliate cookies. If that changes, the Privacy Policy and its effective date will change.

We aim for a stable site but do not warrant uninterrupted access, completeness, or that every page is up to date. We may change, pause, or withdraw pages or product links.

If a link on this site looks wrong or offensive, email contact@alfapairs.com. We may remove it; we are not obliged to reply in every case.

This marketing website is free. There is nothing to purchase or cancel on alfapairs.com itself. Billing, lock-ups, and refunds for a live product are governed by the terms you accept in that product. The notes below are a summary only.

Alfa Ledger. Ledger access is offered as a subscription on the product. You may cancel in the Ledger account. Cancellation stops future renewals and typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid for time used are not refunded unless the Ledger terms at signup say otherwise.

Alfa Nexus. Nexus may include a capital reservation or lock-up. You may not be able to cancel or release reserved capital until that period ends. The Nexus terms at signup control the length of any lock-up and what happens when it ends.

Duplicate charges. If you were charged twice in error, email contact@alfapairs.com with proof of both transactions. We will refund a charge we confirm was duplicated.

If something went wrong with a product and you want it put right, follow the Complaints procedure or email contact@alfapairs.com. A complaint is not an automatic refund, and trading losses from market movement are not, by themselves, a refund ground.

We may suspend or end access to this website, or to a product, where we believe we must — including for breach of these terms or of the product terms. We will not be liable to you solely because access ended.

Clauses that should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) remain in force after access ends.

You will indemnify AlfaPairs and its officers, employees, and contractors against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or products, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else’s rights, except to the extent the claim is caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AlfaPairs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost data, or trading losses arising from use of this website or reliance on research commentary published here.

Nothing in this agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that rule applies.

This marketing website is provided free of charge. Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for loss or damage of any nature arising from use of the free website alone. Product accounts have their own liability terms.

We may update this agreement. The date at the top of the page will change. For a change we consider material, we will aim to give at least 30 days’ notice on this page. If we already have an email address from you, we may also write to it. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the site and the products. The current version lives at https://www.alfapairs.com/client-agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of this agreement, including questions about its existence, validity, or termination. You submit to those courts for that purpose.

If a provision of this agreement is unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed. The rest of the agreement remains in force.
